About LHC
LHC is a global investment management platform headquartered in London with a unique team of private equity and lifestyle hospitality real estate specialists with extensive experience across lifestyle hospitality, real estate, development, and cross border investment. LHC was formed out of a deep desire to transform spaces into destinations. The company seeks to create value by reimagining underperforming real estate into lifestyle destinations that inspire guests and local communities.
The LHC team has a strong track record of global hospitality real estate investment, M&A and asset management. The team was integral in the rapid expansion of the Ennismore PropCo and OpCo across UK, Europe and US. Including the transition to third-party management (HMA) and the merger between Ennismore and Accor.
In March 2024, LHC acquired the Dean Group alongside Elliott Management, comprising 8 lifestyle hotels alongside the brand and operating platform. Since closing, LHC have acquired an additional two assets in Germany and one in Miami.
About the Opportunity
LHC is now in the process of acquiring and launching a new luxury extended-stay hotel platform, anchored by a focus on social wellness.
This is a rare opportunity to join a hotel-focused real estate private equity firm at a pivotal moment of growth. The Senior Analyst will be a core member of the Asset Management team and will play an integral role in the launch and scaling of a new hospitality platform. This role offers meaningful exposure to the full lifecycle of value creation—from strategy formation and platform build-out to execution across a growing portfolio of hotel assets.
The Senior Analyst will work closely with senior leadership of the platform and experienced investment professionals at LHC, gaining direct visibility into decision-making and the ability to influence outcomes. Responsibilities will span asset-level financial analysis, performance monitoring, business plan execution, and strategic initiatives related to the development of the hospitality platform. As the platform grows, the role is expected to evolve, offering increasing responsibility and the opportunity to help shape processes, tools, and best practices from the ground up.
This position is well-suited for a highly motivated, intellectually curious candidate who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment. The ideal individual combines strong analytical rigor with commercial judgment, is comfortable navigating ambiguity, and is energized by building rather than inheriting systems.
