RAC has an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Executive to join our growing Insurance team. This role is pivotal in supporting a dynamic commercial function, ensuring smooth operations across marketing, compliance, and partner management. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, contributing to impactful campaigns and strategic initiatives.

The role is based at our Bradley Stoke office on a Hybrid model of 2 days in the office & 3 remote.
🌟 What You’ll Be Doing
1. Lead regular audit activities including digital content reviews, customer journey assessments, and NPS/Trustpilot tracking.
2. Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations.
3. Maintain and manage the communications tracker to ensure timely reviews and compliance.
4. Participate in a structured call listening programme to enhance customer experience.
5. Keep brand assets up to date, including awards, rating logos, and pricing messages.
6. Conduct market and competitor research to identify customer journey opportunities.
7. Support the development of business cases, proposals, and stakeholder presentations.
8. Assist with compliance tasks such as product reviews and governance reporting.

9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
10. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
11. Confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
12. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
13. Self-starter with a collaborative, team-first mindset.
14. Minimum A-level education with GCSEs in English and Maths.
