Aspired talent are looking for a Machine Operative to join our client in Warrington. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of machinery and be part of an innovative, forward-thinking joinery production team.
4 Day Week! 5am to 3pm Monday to Thursday.
What Youll Be Doing
Operating a range of machinery including cross-cut saws, moulders, and return-end window board machines.
Producing timber components to exact specifications with a focus on quality and consistency.
Priming MDF components using manual or spray processes.
Using finishing equipment such as shrink-wrap machines to prepare goods for dispatch.
Carrying out safety and quality checks, routine maintenance, and changeovers.
Keeping work areas clean and safe in line with 5S and health & safety standards.
Recording production data and reporting any issues to supervisors.
Working collaboratively across the team and adapting to changing production needs.
- What Were Looking For
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment (ideally timber or joinery, but not essential).
Comfortable operating and setting machinery.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
A proactive, flexible team player willing to learn and adapt.
Good communication and basic record-keeping skills.
