Overview

Reception Manager - Bournemouth at TieTalent. You will oversee guest services and daily operations across two sites in Bournemouth. You will lead and inspire teams at both locations, maintaining high standards, building strong stakeholder relationships, and creating a seamless, world-class welcome for all visitors and clients. You will be working with a team of 5 across two buildings to deliver seamless guest experiences.


Responsibilities

* Oversee guest services and daily operation across the main campus.
* Lead and inspire teams at both locations, maintaining high standards, building strong stakeholder relationships, and creating a seamless, world-class welcome for all visitors and clients.
* Drive and lead the team to create unique guest experiences and provide customer service at Bournemouth Main campus and the other site.
* Rota management, ensuring all team members are completing their hours accordingly.
* Liaise and partner with the client to implement new ideas, take on feedback and continue to elevate the guest experience.

The ideal candidate will

* Highly proficient with Microsoft Office product suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

* Passionate about delivering brilliant service and take responsibility for your contribution to the team.
* Ideally have previous experience in a similar reception management position.
