Role Overview: This is a hands-on role for an experienced Multi-Skilled Shop Floor Worker. You'll work across various tasks including operating machinery, hand polishing, cleaning parts, confirming and working with client design and checking product quality. Flexibility, attention to detail and reliability are key, as is a solid understanding safe working practice. Key Responsibilities once trained: Operate shop floor machinery and tools efficiently and safely Carry out inspection, heat treatment, polishing and finishing work to customer specification Conduct visual and manual quality checks of your own work. Follow work instructions, and daily schedules Complete tasks to production deadlines without compromising quality Maintain equipment and report faults or defects as needed Keep your workspace clean, tidy, and safe at all times Work as part of a team to support smooth operations across the shop floor Required Skills & Experience: ? Able to read and follow work instructions ? Strong attention to detail and work accuracy ? Ability to work to weekly targets without constant supervision ?
