A leading housing charity in Leeds is looking for a highly organised and proactive Repairs Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a busy workload, has strong administrative abilities, and can confidently manage and support trades staff delivering repairs across social housing properties.
?? Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring repairs are delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. Duties include:
* Coordinating repairs across housing stock, ensuring jobs are allocated promptly
* Managing and supporting trades operatives, ensuring workloads are balanced and performance targets met
* Monitoring repair progress and ensuring work is completed to a satisfactory standard
* Liaising with tenants, trades teams, and external partners to provide updates and schedule appointments
* Quality-checking completed work and raising follow-on actions where necessary
* Maintaining accurate records, updating systems, and handling documentation in line with organisational processes
* Providing general administrative support, including email management, reports, and diary coordination
