Job Description
The successful PA will be responsible for:
* Providing administrative support to the Deputy CEO
* Managing the Deputy CEO's diary and scheduling meetings
* Coordinating with other departments on behalf of the Deputy CEO
* Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
* Organising events and conferences as required
* Managing projects and conducting research
* Ensuring efficient operation of the office
* Handling confidential information in a professional manner
The Successful Applicant
The successful PA should have:
* Prior experience in a similar role and preferably at c suite level
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in MS Office and other business software
* The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
* Proactive approach and ability to work independently
