The council is offering a generous £38 per hour for your service to slowly reduce a caseload that is slowly decreasing.

You’ll be tasked with picking up a CP/CIN caseload and assisting children & families with cases up to and through proceedings.
Manager turnover is low after a shift in senior management a few years ago with leaders having that dig in attitude that is slowly seeing improvement.
Flexi time will be given to experienced heads with managers trusting them to crack on and give standout visits and reports when are where you see them.
