The Role You will: Support students with EHCPs and additional learning needs Deliver 1:1 and small-group interventions Adapt classroom resources to support access to learning Promote emotional regulation and confidence Work alongside teaching staff to track progress Needs may include ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, SEMH and speech & language difficulties.
