Job Title: Recruitment Manager: 13-15 month FTC

Working Arrangement: Minimum of 3 days in the office required.
Requirements: Extensive in‑house legal recruiting experience and availability as soon as possible.
A leading global law firm in a phase of continued growth is looking to hire a Recruitment Manager to join their EMEA team this summer for a 13‑15 month full‑time fixed‑term contract. Working closely with the Senior Manager and wider global team, the new Manager will focus on Associate recruitment for London and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
* Manages the full recruitment lifecycle for lateral associates, covering sourcing, assessment, interview coordination, offers, conflicts clearance, due diligence, and tailored closing.
* Partners with the Senior Manager to deliver the EMEA associate recruiting strategy, including workforce planning, lateral hiring, succession planning, and alignment with firmwide goals.
* Liaises with recruiters in London and across Europe to stay on top of market trends and hire the best talent.
* Partnering with HR on recruitment, development, and retention in line with firmwide strategy.
* Working closely with the Senior Manager to support advising EMEA leaders and Partners on associate performance, development needs, workforce planning, and retention risks.
About You
* Proven experience as a recruiting professional within a law firm.
* Experience recruiting associates in London and ideally in global offices.
* Demonstrates a friendly, collaborative, and proactive approach to working with colleagues and stakeholders.
* Available to start within the next couple of months.
