Key Responsibilities

* Ensuring the safety and welfare of children through a confident knowledge of safeguarding processes and procedures
* Implementation the EYFS with a good understanding of child development
* Supporting all nursery staff to help us deliver outstanding childcare
* Strong communication with both adults and children
* Reporting issues of concern to a senior team member or relevant services
* Partnership working with parents and our partners to ensure our children thrive
* Positive attitude with children, parents, colleagues and visitors to maintain our happy nursery
