Description
Join us as a Streetworks Coordinator and play a vital role in supporting our Operations Support Manager and the Operations Team! Your mission? To ensure our projects are effectively programmed, meeting both our clients' SLAs and our customers' expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Start and Stop Work: Manage work in accordance with SLAs and permits.
* Understand the Works System: Follow processes diligently—don’t worry, training will be provided!
* Data Management: Maintain timely and accurate input into our works management systems, ensuring all issues are recorded and escalated.
* Performance Oversight: Drive continual improvements in Streetworks performance with the Operational teams.
* Permit Management: Validate and transmit notice/permit requests promptly.
* Notice Coordination: Open and close Streetworks notices/permits, submit final registrations, and escalate compliance issues as needed.
* Third-Party Coordination: Work with other parties on parking suspensions, bus stop suspensions, road closures, etc.
* Charge Analysis: Analyze and respond to Section 74 charges and fixed penalty offences.
* Reporting: Run and circulate daily jeopardy reports as required.
* Issue Monitoring: Keep track of and chase any outstanding issues.
* Administrative Support: Provide general admin assistance as needed.
* Call Desk Participation: Be an active part of our call desk team.
* Innovative Input: Bring positive solutions to problems and embrace change.
* Safety Reporting: Ensure safety issues are reported in line with company procedures.
Experience and Qualifications
* Utilities Sector Experience: Desirable but not essential.
* Streetworks Knowledge: Familiarity with statutory requirements is a plus.
* Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal abilities are a must.
* Organizational Skills: Ability to work in an organized manner to meet important deadlines.
* Exceptional Organization: Keep everything running smoothly!
* Microsoft Office Proficiency: Good working knowledge required.
* Effective Under Pressure: Communicate clearly even in challenging situations.
