Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are working with a Manufacturer and Industrial Equipment Supplier in the Birmingham area to recruit for a permanent Bookkeeper!
This role offers the below
* Salary GBP25,000 to GBP27,000
* 27 days holiday plus bank holidays
* Pension plan and free parking
* Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5pm and Friday 8:30am to 2:30pm
The ideal person will have used the system SAGE and have experience in a all round Accounts Assistant / Bookkeeper role.
Daily duties will include:
* Dealing with Debtors and Creditors
* Support with month end-compiling in readiness for Accounting
* Ensure all transactions are entered onto SAGE
* Accounts balancing
* Processing of Invoices, payments and receipts
* Processing and checking of company transactions and bank statements
* Processing and filing of Financial and General accounting paperwork
* Assist with all Financial Processing and reporting, including
* Accounts Payable/Receivable, reconciliations and General Ledger
