Pay Rate: £27,727.09 per annum+ overtime for some hours

At DHL, we manage the stock levels, customer services and distribution of these orders.
We're now looking for a Retail Shop Team Leader who will play an integral role in the prisoners' lives, working with a diverse team to support their rehabilitation.
✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Lead a team of prisoners working in a convenience store environment.
* Manage stock levels to ensure consistent product availability for inmates.
* Oversee the shop floor and support inmates with any store-related queries.
* Ensure operational targets are consistently met and exceeded.
✅ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
* Must provide three years of UK address history (mandatory for enhanced security clearance).
* Have valid right to work in the United Kingdom without restriction for example; British or Irish Citizen, Indefinite Leave to Remain or Settled status
✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
* Are comfortable working in a prison environment, alongside inmates.
* Have a good understanding of retail/shop or warehouse processes – but it's not a deal breaker as we will provide full training!
* Have good communication skills.
