This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning and thrive both academically and personally. Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored support for pupils with SEMH needs. Support behaviour management strategies and restorative approaches. Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions focusing on wellbeing, resilience, and social skills. Work closely with teachers, pastoral staff, and external agencies. Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils to encourage engagement. Requirements: Experience working with children with SEMH or behavioural needs. Strong understanding of trauma-informed and therapeutic approaches. Calm, resilient, and empathetic personality. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
