Store Manager – Barnsley Hoyland
40 hours per week. Open 7 AM – 8 PM. Must manage early starts and late finishes.
Responsibilities
* Open and close the store, maintain high product availability and branch standards.
* Serve customers, check deliveries, pick items from the warehouse, stock shelves, and ensure the customer experience is excellent.
* Deliver great service and ensure the team provides a great customer experience, driving sales through service.
* Muck in by helping the team get the job done: checking & unpacking deliveries, opening & closing the branch, stocking shelves, cleaning the branch and putting orders together.
* Inspire the team by encouraging a positive mindset, building a culture of feedback, praise and recognition.
* Build relationships by asking questions, supporting development, and giving future leaders succession opportunities.
* Lead the front line: coach, motivate and engage the team, creating a great place to work where engagement is key.
* Maintain a fun working environment, ensuring the branch is a place everyone loves coming to work.
