We are looking for an experienced and motivated Electrical Site Supervisor to join our growing team. This role is suited to a highly skilled electrician who can confidently lead site operations, manage teams of electricians, carry out installation and testing works independently, and deliver projects to a high standard.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of running electrical projects with teams of electricians, coordinating day-to-day site activities, and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard of workmanship and compliance while representing the professional standards and reputation of Arcade UK Ltd.
Essential Qualifications & Certifications
NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Installing Electrotechnical Systems and Equipment (Buildings, Structures and the Environment)
ECS Gold Card
City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing
SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)
NVQ Level 6 in Management (desirable)
Experience Required
Minimum 2 years proven experience leading electrical site works
Proven experience managing teams of electricians on site
Proven track record delivering high-quality electrical installations
Experience carrying out final testing and inspection responsibilities
Ability to work independently and lead site operations effectively
Strong understanding of current electrical regulations and safe working practices
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate electrical installation works on site
Manage and supervise teams of electricians and subcontractors
Carry out installation, inspection, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems
Ensure all works are completed in accordance with current regulations and project specifications
Maintain high standards of health & safety on site
Complete testing certification and associated documentation
Liaise professionally with clients, contractors, and project teams
Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
What We Offer
Competitive basic salary of £45,760 - £52,000 based on a 40-hour working week
Potential earnings £70,000+ including overtime and travel payments based on an average 55-hour working week
Paid travel door to door over and above contracted hours
