Aftersales Manager - Salisbury.
1. Salary: Negotiable basic salary plus uncapped bonuses earned, providing a £70,000 uncapped annual on-target earnings.
2. Hours: 45-hour week, Monday to Friday. No rota'd Saturday work; however, occasional Saturday mornings may be required, subject to business demand.

Our client, a premium franchise-approved car dealership based in Salisbury, is currently looking to recruit an Aftersales Manager to join their business.
Reporting to the Head of Business and responsible for a large team comprising of 6 workshop staff, alongside 3 Service Advisors and 2 Parts Advisors, as an Aftersales Manager you will be a proactive member of our client's management team with responsibility for running an efficient and professional aftersales operation to ensure complete customer satisfaction through the maximum utilisation of workshop facilities and the efficient sale of labour and vehicle parts/accessories.
The successful Aftersales Manager will live within a reasonable commuting distance of Salisbury and have strong recent or current experience working as a Service or Aftersales Manager within a medium-to-large franchise-approved car dealership. You will need to be effective in managing and supporting colleagues and have the drive and determination to maintain policies that constantly improve customer satisfaction and our client's reputation. You will need to be IT literate and have a UK driving license with minimal points.
