Responsibilities
You will assist in providing advice to a wide range of public and private sector clients on all aspects of employment law, including
* advising on employment contracts
* performance and absence management
* disciplinary and grievance procedures
* managing restructuring redundancies and executive severance
* advising on discrimination matters
* dealing with employment tribunal and High Court litigation
* implementing HR policies
* managing risk from employment legislation
* business transfers and TUPE
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with 2-4 years post qualification experience who have dealt with large commercial clients from other national firms. Salary is competitive.
