Junior Sous Chef | Full Time

The Role:
As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire the team.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting your team and helping them excel while maintaining high standards
* Managing the line, planning shifts, and coaching team members
* Ensuring compliance with food, health, safety standards, and understanding financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
* Celebrating team successes and recognizing individual needs
