D365 Solutions Analyst
Location: Carlisle (Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office).
A growing organisation is seeking an experienced D365 Solutions Analyst to join their Technology team. This role offers the chance to work across a range of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules, supporting ongoing projects and system enhancements within a hybrid working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first and second-line support for D365 F&O modules (Finance, SCM, Commerce).
* Troubleshoot issues, perform configuration changes, and liaise with third-party vendors where required.
* Gather and analyse business requirements to propose effective functional solutions.
* Support upgrades, module rollouts, UAT, and data integrity tasks.
* Maintain documentation and monitor system performance, recommending enhancements where appropriate.
Requirements:
* 3+ years' experience with D365 F&O or Dynamics AX.
* Strong functional understanding of finance and operations processes.
* Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
* Familiarity with Power Platform or willingness to develop skills in this area.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and produce clear, accurate documentation.
Desirable:
* D365 Functional Certifications.
* Industry experience in agriculture, retail, or manufacturing.
* Exposure to LCS, DevOps, and Microsoft reporting tools (Power BI/Fabric).
Some travel to other sites may be required.
