A wonderful opportunity to join a very well established, luxury office provider based in Cambridge- here team is incredibly important and we are offering a generous basic salary and bonus. As the centre manager you'll be the main point of contact for your clients (ie the tenants in the building who rent office space or use the co working areas) You will be supported by and lead your team - including receptionist. You'll deal with the day to day oversight of the building and keeping your clients happy as well as handling sales enquiries, the P&L, budget and team rotas. This role will suit someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and who thinks about how they can improve service levels and revenue naturally. Focusing on driving commercial performance.
