Apply for the Warehouse Manager role at Kaminsky Consulting. Due to significant growth, we need an organised warehouse leader to supervise receipt, dispatch, and storage of goods, oversee picking, storage, receiving, dispatching, security, maintenance, sanitation, and administrative functions, and drive continuous improvement across all warehouse operations.
Key Accountabilities
* Oversee daily warehouse operations for Amazon, retail, and trade orders.
* Ensure all orders are picked, packed, and dispatched on time and in full.
* Ensure FLT drivers prepare the production teams with the materials required and keep the warehouse organised.
* Coordinate with the production team to move finished goods to the picking hub daily, ensuring sufficient stock levels for all channels.
* Manage returns and resolve warehouse-related customer issues.
* Plan daily workloads and set clear performance expectations.
* Foster a positive and accountable team culture focused on accuracy and efficiency.
Essential
* Proven experience managing a warehouse or dispatch operation.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong people management and communication skills.
* Confident using stock management software.
* Current FLT license.
Desirable
* Experience working within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
* Knowledge of Amazon and retail logistics.
* Understanding of sustainability practices or circular supply chains.

* Up to £45,000 salary dependant on experience
