This is a role for someone who thrives on connection, keeps calm under pressure, and delivers accuracy and service in equal measure. You’ll be a trusted expert, helping customers choose the right products and services while making every interaction feel personal and effortless. Being digitally confident is essential. You’ll use our tools to complete transactions quickly, check rates, and support customers across all Travel Money channels. Accuracy and compliance are key. You’ll follow safe, legal, and financial-crime processes at every step, protecting our customers and the business. At M&S, customers come first.
