This is an exciting opportunity to support the co-ordination of care delivery within NUPAS Wolverhampton clinical services. The post holder will assist the Regional Clinical Lead in managing clinics to achieve group objectives and ensure compliance with corporate strategy, supporting the principle of the right of people to limit the size of their family.

Main duties of the job
* Support the co-ordination of care delivery within clinical services.
* Assist in managing clinical teams to deliver safe and effective patient care.
* Promote, support, and deliver safe abortion and related services in line with the Abortion Act 1967, Department of Health RSOPs, and medical guidelines across our treatment centres.
* Ensure compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations.
* Develop clinical practices to meet national and local strategies and guidance.
* Provide leadership in family planning and sexual health care, including Nurse Led services.
* Support system, process, and procedure development.
* Work closely with the Regional Clinical Lead to ensure a seamless, patient-focused service that meets CQC standards, maintains high standards, and promotes service growth.
* Provide leadership and management to the wider clinical team.
* Support and develop Nurse Led Clinics, including workforce planning and education.

Job responsibilities
* Support care coordination within clinical services and assist the Regional Clinical Lead in clinic management.
* Ensure compliance with statutory and mandatory training, managing concerns locally before escalation.
* Provide induction, training, and support to new staff, ensuring their development needs are met per NUPAS frameworks.
* Conduct appraisals to identify development needs and ensure learning requirements are addressed.
* Manage own workload aligned with NUPAS values.
* Engage in supervision and professional development to maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge.
Person Specification
Qualifications
* Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (Sub part 1) or Registered Midwife.
* Experience in sexual health, TOP, or gynaecology services.
* Qualifications in nurse education, Faculty of Reproductive Sexual Healthcare (FSRH) competence in intrauterine techniques, recognized prescribing qualification, ultrasound experience in first and second trimester.
Experience
* Effective communication skills and ability to handle challenging situations sensitively.
* Ability to work confidentially and non-judgementally.
* Teamwork and leadership skills, with experience in multidisciplinary teams.
* Experience with Patient Group Directions and IT systems for client data management.

Salary: £26 per hour, 4 days/week, 9.5 hours/day, including one Saturday per month.
