Job Summary
Are you a GP who has passion, drive, integrity, and initiative? Vida Healthcare is seeking a motivated GP to join their team with the main base at Gayton Road Health Centre, Kings Lynn. Sessions are negotiable – up to 8 for a full‑time position. We welcome recently qualified GPs and provide mentoring opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for your own administrative work and support others when on leave.
* Attend face‑to‑face consultations, telephone consultations and home visits as required.
* Carry out appropriate administrative duties.
* Participate in activities required to assess compliance with CQC Fundamental Standards.
* Provide services as required for the Primary Care Network agreement, including shared QOF standards and service specifications.
* Deliver high‑quality medical services to patients registered with Vida Healthcare.
* Provide appropriate care and services to patients of all ages and health needs.
* Respond to medical/health problems presented by patients, including history taking, diagnosis, investigation, treatment and referral.
* Read and interpret test requests and results and take appropriate action.
* Assist staff and patients with clinical or prescribing queries, sign repeat prescriptions, manage investigation results and complete paperwork and correspondence in a timely fashion.

Person Specification – Essential
* Good understanding and experience of chronic disease management, primary prevention and screening services.
* Ability to take responsibility for your own career development, learning and performance and ensure all mandatory training is up to date.
* Awareness of and compliance with all relevant practice policies and guidelines (prescribing, confidentiality, data protection, health and safety).
* Commitment to lifelong learning and audit to ensure evidence‑based best practice.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications – Essential
* Fully qualified GP with GMC registration.
* Medical degree, certificate of completion of training.
* Registered under primary medical performers list.
