The Role
As an Account Manager, you will be one of the first points of contact for prospective clients, providing a professional and welcoming experience while helping customers find the right workspace solutions for their needs.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Managing inbound enquiries received via telephone, email, website, and other channels.
* Speaking with prospective clients to understand their workspace requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
* Supporting the conversion of enquiries into bookings, memberships, and office agreements.
* Building positive relationships with existing clients and providing ongoing support.
* Following up with customers to gather feedback and maintain engagement.
* Supporting the growth and retention of coworking memberships.
* Working closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
* Maintaining accurate customer records within CRM and booking systems.
* Updating enquiry, booking, and follow-up information as required.
About You
