Location: Leamington Spa
Hours per Week: 16 hours, with the opportunity to work more hours
Shift pattern: Part‑time - flexible shift patterns across mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends (will be discussed further at interview)
Salary: £13.65 per hour
About the Role
The ideal Savers Supervisor will support the Store and Assistant Manager, manage and coach the team to deliver exemplary results, and represent the store within the local community. Responsibilities include: managing sales operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining store appearance, and guiding staff performance.
