This role involves hands-on work, standing for long periods, and supporting the coating and packing process.
Monday to Friday 06:00 to 16:00 Key Responsibilities: Preparing components for powder coating, including cleaning, masking, and hanging parts Assisting with powder coating operations (where trained) Manual handling of parts and materials Hand-wrapping pallets and preparing goods for dispatch General warehouse duties including packing, loading, and housekeeping Following health and safety procedures at all times Requirements: Previous experience in powder coating preparation Physically fit and able to stand and work on your feet for up to 10 hours per day Comfortable with manual handling and repetitive tasks Able to hand-wrap pallets and carry out packing duties Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance Able to commute to xkybehq site reliably for a 6:00 AM start Desirable: Previous experience in powder coating preparation Good attention to detail and quality standards Team player with a positive work ethic Whats on offer: Stable Monday to Friday working hours Ongoing work for the right candidate Opportunity to develop skills within a manufacturing environment
