The Role: Based in Cambridge, you will join a forward-thinking and highly regarded commercial property team with a strong national reputation. Your responsibilities will include handling a broad caseload of commercial property matters such as acquisitions and disposals, development projects, and landlord and tenant work. You will work closely with diverse clients, providing practical and commercially focused advice on complex and high-value matters.
The Candidate: Qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives with up to 2 years PQE gained within a leading regional or city practice renowned for commercial property. Strong technical, drafting, and negotiation skills are essential. Newly qualified Solicitors with at least one seat in commercial property during training will also be considered.
