\nTHE ROLE:
\n• You will handle a varied and interesting caseload of residential conveyancing matters, with the opportunity to take ownership of files from instruction to post-completion, working with a broad client base
\n• Managing a full residential property caseload, including residential sale and purchase transactions, including leasehold and new-build matters.
\n• Ensuring excellent standards of client care and service
\n• Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, agents, and referrers
\n• Contributing to business development and the profile of the department

\nSKILLS REQUIRED:
\n• Applications are sought from solicitors with a minimum of 2 years PQE in residential conveyancing
\n• Strong technical ability and up-to-date knowledge of conveyancing law and practice
\n• A client-focused and commercially minded approach
\n• Excellent communication, organisation, and time-management skills
