About Us
Our client is a leading US law firm with a preeminent global Projects and Energy practice. The London office is a major hub for our international energy work, and they are seeking a talented and ambitious lawyer to join the growing team.
The Role
In this exciting role, you will:
* Advise clients on a wide range of LNG transactions, including project development, financing, and M&A.
* Work collaboratively with partners and associates on complex cross-border deals.
* Conduct due diligence, draft and negotiate transaction documents.
* Stay up-to-date on the latest legal and commercial developments in the LNG market.
* Develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Who You Are
* 3-7 years PQE with a strong academic background.
* Proven experience in LNG transactions.
* Excellent understanding of the commercial and legal complexities of the LNG sector.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
* Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
