Are you passionate about delivering exceptional events in a fast-paced, high-performance environment? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Motor Circuit Event Planner to join our dynamic team at the iconic Goodwood Motor Circuit.
As part of the Motor Circuit team, you’ll play a key role in planning and delivering a wide range of events, from corporate experiences and Sporting Membership days to third-party bookings. You’ll be responsible for managing the full customer journey, ensuring every detail is executed to the highest standard and that every guest leaves with unforgettable memories.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Planning and delivering Motor Circuit events with precision and flair
* Managing operational and logistical elements of your assigned events
* Handling customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
* Coordinating with instructors, vehicles, and course teams to ensure readiness
* Supporting business planning, budgeting, and forecasting
* Maintaining accurate event schedules and financial forecasts
* Gathering and analysing post-event feedback to drive continuous improvement
* Collaborating with fellow planners and track officials to foster a ‘one-team’ culture
* Flexibly supporting headline events and adapting to early starts, late finishes, and weekend work
What We’re Looking For
* A passion for customer service and event excellence
* A positive, can-do attitude and a sense of fun!
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confidence in decision-making and communication across all levels
* Proactive mindset with the ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload
You’ll Ideally Have
* Experience in event planning or a sales/customer-facing role
* Excellent administrative and communication skills
* Commercial awareness and a drive for results
* Access to reliable transport due to our rural location
* Flexibility with working hours, including weekends, mornings and evenings
