We’re looking for a proactive Production Team Leader to join our clients growing manufacturing team, supporting operations across their site. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key leadership role within a fast-paced, automated production environment. As a Production Team Leader, you will: * Lead and coordinate day-to-day activities of production operatives to meet output targets and quality standards * Carry out real-time equipment problem-solving and root cause analysis, escalating issues where necessary * Train and coach team members to operate machinery safely and efficiently, providing regular feedback and support * Complete and maintain accurate production documentation, including logbooks, cleaning records and risk assessments * Champion Current Good Manufacturing Practice and 5S visual management standards across your area * Identify and deliver Lean Six Sigma improvement projects to enhance productivity and reduce waste * Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability * Provide cover for other production areas as required What we’re looking for: * Proven experience leading teams in a manufacturing or automated production environment * Strong machine operation and fault-finding skills * Excellent communication and people management abilities * A proactive, hands-on approach with a calm, problem-solving mindset * Comfortable using ERP systems and confident with IT Working hours: * Monday to Friday 07.30-16:00 Benefits: * 25 days holiday bank holidays * Comprehensive training & development programs * Free parking * Private medical insurance * Contributory pension scheme * Life assurance (3x annual salary) * Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) * Free products Interviews are to be held as soon as possible for this Production Team Leader role, so please apply now
