Were on the hunt for a talented and drivenSous Chefto support the Executive Chef and lead the busy kitchen operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves being part of a close-knit, hard-working team.
What youll be doing:
Supporting the Executive Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen from planning menus and ordering supplies to preparing dishes to a high standard.
Managing rotas and ensuring full team coverage stepping up to keep things running smoothly when staff are absent.
Assisting in other hotel kitchens as needed flexibility is key in this dynamic role.
Who were looking for:
A skilled and experienced chef ideally with previous experience in a similar hotel or high-volume kitchen setting.
A hands-on team player someone whos adaptable, committed, and ready to step up when needed (we operate 365 days a year!).
Organised, proactive and an excellent communicator youll be a natural leader who brings positivity and energy to the team.
Someone who values teamwork, has a great sense of humour, and helps create a kitchen culture where everyone supports each other and has fun doing what they love.
