You will be at the forefront of member and guests welcome, ensuring a warm, friendly and courteous approach at all times. Working pattern - 4 night shifts on and 4 night shifts off Responsibilities: Be the first point of contact for members arriving late or needing assistance overnight Provide early morning refreshments including newspapers, tea, coffee, and pastries Respond promptly to member requests and ensure their comfort throughout the night Handle late check-ins and answer incoming calls professionally Monitor the Turkish bath area Arrange taxis and transportation as needed Support the Night Manager in handling any emergency situations About you: Passionate about delivering excellent customer service Strong knowledge of the local area, with the ability to assist members with insightful recommendations Well presented with excellent communication skills Previous experience working in a similar luxurious hospitality establishment A valid driving licence A natural problem-solver, calm under pressure and quick to act A team player, always ready to support colleagues and enhance the member experience Club Values: HEARTS Heritage - Our rich motoring, social, sporting and architectural heritage runs through the fabric and the nature of the Club Excellence - Excellence is not an achievement; it is something we strive for every day.
