Role overview

Responsibilities
* Provide a knowledgeable and seamless customer experience for all customers who enter the store.
* Continuously maintain clean and tidy stock standards on the shop floor.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and KPI targets by staying informed about current trends, in‑store promotions, and evolving store processes.
* Drive sales, ensuring targets are achieved and, where possible, exceeded.
* Utilise in‑store devices to offer the full product range and present alternatives and add‑on sales at every opportunity.
* Replenish stock levels when needed, ensuring the full‑size range is available on the shop floor.
* Price products correctly and keep displays up to date.
* Deputise for other staff, work within departments, or carry out other duties as required.
* Represent JD Sports in the most professional manner at all times.
* Conduct work safely and responsibly.

* Provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
* Actively drive sales to support the store in meeting and exceeding its financial goals.
* Ensure the timely and accurate replenishment of stock on the shop floor to maintain optimal product availability.
Skills and Experience

* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on store needs.
