EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant – PR4 Area September Start | Full Time and Part Time roles available Teaching Personnel is working closely with a welcoming and supportive primary school in the PR4 area, seeking a dedicated EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team from September. This is an excellent opportunity to support young learners at the very start of their educational journey, with a particular focus on children with additional needs. The Role Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils within the EYFS setting Assist children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), adapting activities to meet individual needs Support the class teacher in delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences Promote a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment Help to monitor and record pupil progress Ideal Candidate Experience working with children in an EYFS or SEN setting A patient, caring and proactive approach Strong communication and teamwork skills A good understanding of early childhood development Level 3 Childcare qualification is desirable but not essential What We Offer Competitive weekly pay Ongoing support from a dedicated Teaching Personnel consultant Opportunities for professional development If you are passionate about supporting young children and making a positive difference in their early education, we would love to hear from you.
