About you:
As a Customer Success Manager, you'll oversee a portfolio of our most valued customers. You thrive on helping others, are customer-centric, and passionate about how software enhances lives and businesses. Building and maintaining effective relationships at all levels, conducting reviews, providing progress reports, and demonstrating value are key aspects of your role. You are commercially savvy and act as an ambassador and Trusted Advisor internally and externally.
Day to Day you will be:
* Reporting, identifying risks & opportunities, taking action, driving improvements, and communication.
* Establishing trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders, including C-Suite executives.
* Analyzing and resolving customer challenges efficiently, engaging relevant resources, and influencing outcomes.
* Conducting reviews to discuss trends, sentiment, success factors, and opportunities for expansion.
* Generating upsell and expansion revenue through insights, industry, and product knowledge.
Your skills and experiences might include:
* Ability to analyze and resolve customer challenges swiftly, engaging appropriate resources.
* Experience within Local Government is essential.
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
* Ability to articulate how product features facilitate customer success.
* Understanding product usage data by customer or segment.
