HGV Class 2 Driver - Hoddesdon
We are currently recruiting for full time HGV Class 2 drivers for permanent roles in our depot in Hoddesdon. The role consists of refrigerated deliveries to shops and stores, From 8 to 15 drops per day with Tail lift and cages.
Must have experience and Class 2 license a minimum of 1 year.
Immediate starts for successful Candidates
Shifts available:
* 5on2off (5 over 7, but one shift must include a weekend day)
* start between 3:30am - 4:30am
Day pay rates:
* Monday – Friday £15.08 (overtime after 47.5hrs £16.96)
* Saturday £16.96
* Sunday and Bank Holidays £22.62
Nights pay rates:
* Monday – Friday £17.23 (overtime after 47.5hrs £19.38)
* Saturday £19.38
* Sunday and Bank Holidays £25.84
30-minute break deducted per shift only!
What we are looking for:
* In date DIGI and CPC card.
* 2 years class 2 experience.
* Enthusiastic, reliable, helpful and organised individual.
* Willing to work weekends.
* Motivated and open to learn new skills.
* Demonstrates an excellent attitude to work.
Your role:
* Driving within the WTD and EU regs and rules.
* Prepping vehicles for delivery.
* Completing vehicles checks.
* Refuelling vehicles.
* The Driver must ensure that the highest levels of customer service are maintained on the round and orders are fulfilled on time and in full.
