What you’ll be doing
This is a hands‑on operations role at the heart of content publishing — ensuring digital content is delivered accurately, on time, and at scale.
You’ll:
* Act as a key point of contact for content providers, managing queries and escalations
* Monitor publishing schedules and ensure timely content delivery
* Troubleshoot metadata and ingestion issues impacting content availability
* Manage high‑volume workflows and queues, working within SLA timelines
* Support reporting, performance tracking, and operational improvements
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across multiple international markets
What we’re looking for
* Experience in content operations, publishing, catalog, or similar operational roles
* Strong organisation and prioritisation skills in high‑volume environments
* Confident stakeholder communication (internal + external)
* A proactive problem‑solver with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working with data, metadata, or content systems
* Solid Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
