Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias)

We're looking for a hands-on Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Great Yarmouth. This is a varied and practical role, working across equipment and site facilities in a fast-paced, operational environment.

The Role
You'll be responsible for maintaining, repairing and improving electrical systems across the site, ensuring all equipment operates safely and efficiently.
Key duties include:
* Electrical installations, upgrades and modifications
* Planned and reactive maintenance on equipment
* Fault-finding on motors, drives, pumps and control systems
* Daily ride inspections and safety checks
* Assisting with ride assembly and dismantling
* Maintaining electrical equipment and site facilities
* Ensuring all work complies with health & safety standards
* Occasional work at other company-operated locations
About You
We're looking for someone reliable, practical and confident working both independently and as part of a team.
You will ideally have:
* Minimum 3 years' electrical maintenance experience
* 18th Edition (desirable)
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
* Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings
* Experience with motors, drives, pumps and PLC fault-finding
* Electrical testing experience (including PAT testing)
* Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics (advantageous)
* Comfortable working at height (advantageous)
Working Hours
* Peak season: Includes weekends and some evening shifts
* Winter period: Monday to Friday day shifts
