What Youll Be Doing:
* Registering new applicants and building strong rapport with potential buyers.
* Arranging and conducting property viewings, followed by timely vendor feedback.
* Negotiating sales offers between vendors and buyers.
* Referring clients to mortgage brokers and solicitors.
* Liaising regularly with buyers, vendors, solicitors, and other estate agents to progress sales.
* Maintaining accurate records of all activities using CRM systems.
* Delivering a 5-star customer experience from start to finish.
What Were Looking For:
* Previous experience in a property sales role (Estate Agency essential).
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Excellent customer service and rapport-building abilities.
* Highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working towards targets.
* Knowledge of the local property market is a big advantage.
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
