Account Development Manager Fire & Security / Service Contracts

Salary - £30,000 £35,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £55K+) + Car/Allowance
The Opportunity
A growing and recognised service provider within the Fire & Security sector is looking to appoint an Account Development Manager to support their salesforce across Northern Ireland.
This is an excellent opportunity for a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys developing existing accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and building long-term client partnerships.
Rather than a cold, new business-heavy role, this position focuses on unlocking value from an existing client basegrowing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) contracts and identifying additional business needs, with the vision to become the service provider of choice.
The Role
Youll be working closely with an already established portfolio of clients across a variety of sectors such as Facilities Management, Property Management, and Manufacturing.
Your focus will be to:
* Grow existing accounts by increasing service penetration
* Develop and expand PPM/service contract agreements
* Identify and scope additional works and upgrade opportunities
* Build trusted, consultative relationships with key stakeholders
* Manage your pipeline and opportunities through CRM

About You
