Duties and Responsibilities Coaching, leading, and motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales and financial targets Reviewing performance data to identify areas for improvement and resolve issues Winning new business, upselling, and managing existing accounts Ensuring smooth branch operations, including cleanliness, store presentation, key holder, and alarm responsibilities Overseeing the letting of storage rooms and office space, merchandise sales, and following up on customer enquiries Processing card and BACS payments, and supporting credit control Skills and Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in customer facing sales, retail or hospitality environment Minimum 2 years of management experience Computer literate - Microsoft Suite Flexible/available to work scheduled hours including weekends, when required Hold a full driving licence and have access to own vehicle (preferred) Salary: £30,000-£32,000 basic up to £3,000 achievable commission benefits Interested, please contact Graeme at Vibe Recruit on 07971 309403 or apply immediately!
