THE OPPORTUNITY
We have commenced our search for an Housekeeping Supervisor to join new property Holiday Inn Blackpool. This brand-new four-star hotel is part of a wider regeneration project for Blackpool including retail units and improved public transport links, with a new tram terminal, all within the Talbot Gateway central business district. The property boasts 144 bedrooms, 3 meeting rooms and well renowned restaurant Marco Pierre White New York Italian, with independent street access.

Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, we are looking for someone who enjoys variation and has a flexible approach to their working environment.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
To succeed in the role of Housekeeping Supervisor you will need the following qualities and skills.
* Outstanding attention to detail
* All guest amenities are monitored and in line with KPI’s.
* All linen is accounted for in line with KPI’s.
* Adherence to all COSHH guidelines and process
* All public areas are maintained to the highest of standards.
* Maintain high standards throughout hotel.
* Display a ‘hands on' approach maintaining the highest possible service standards.
* Management of team on shift
* To ensure all Health & Safety obligations are complied with and relevant training takes place.
* A great multitasker.
