Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday rotational 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm
Location: Derby - DE74 2BB

We're now looking for a Co-Pack Line Leader to coordinate and support co-pack line operations, ensure health and safety compliance, oversee line performance, and act as the first point of escalation for any issues.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Coordinate and provide support to the production line operation, ensuring smooth workflow
* Ensure health and safety compliance on the production line at all times
* Support the shop floor to meet KPIs and deadlines, communicating targets clearly to the team
* Delegate tasks and oversee performance of 8–10 line operatives, including agency staff
* Act as the first point of escalation for line issues, providing guidance and solutions promptly
this Role Would Suit People Who
* Hands-on experience from a similar role or within a warehouse environment is essential
* Co-Pack or production experience is desirable
* Team leader or supervisory experience is advantageous
* Strong communication and motivational skills to lead and support the team effectively
