Responsibilities Under relevant degrees of supervision, you will undertake as part of a team, duties relating to the billing and collection of Council Tax and the administration of Housing Benefit, Council Tax Reduction, Educational Benefits and Discretionary Hardship Payments. The Individual - Are you customer focused, can guide, support and assist customers through sensitive and challenging situations - Comfortable and experienced using computer systems including Microsoft Office - Do you have good communication skills and a team player - Have an awareness of Data Protection, good attention to detail and analytical skills - Can you work flexibly, prioritise and manage your workload work with minimum supervision - If so, we would love to hear from you A Level 1 Basic Disclosure Scotland check is required.
