Project Administrator £15.00 p/h //Mon-fri 8am-5pm//Fixed term contract of 6 months Role Purpose Provide end-to-end administrative control for projects, ensuring accurate time capture, payroll execution, PO management, and financial data integrity. The role underpins cost control, compliance, and customer confidence. Key Duties & Responsibilities • Time & Attendance (eApps) • Manage and validate all eApps hours for assigned projects. • Ensure hours align with rotas, contracts, and customer agreements. • Close errors, late entries, and discrepancies before payroll cut-off. • Maintain full audit traceability for time data.
