Working within a small, elite support team, you will serve as trusted gatekeeper and operational anchor, anticipating needs, managing complexity, and ensuring the Founder’s time, privacy, and priorities are protected at all times. Scope of Role: Executive & Strategic Support Full ownership of an extremely complex, high-volume diary Coordination of extensive international travel across multiple time zones Anticipating conflicts, pressures, and priorities before they arise Acting as a sounding board and steady presence in high-pressure situations Gatekeeping & Stakeholder Management Managing access to the Founder with confidence, diplomacy, and authority Liaising seamlessly with senior stakeholders, advisors, and internal teams Handling sensitive and confidential matters with absolute discretion Personal & Lifestyle Support Providing seamless personal and lifestyle support where required Managing sensitive arrangements with impeccable judgement and confidentiality Acting as a trusted problem-solver across both business and personal matters Operational Excellence Bringing structure, clarity, and order to a demanding, founder-led environment Creating systems and processes that enhance efficiency and protect time Operating autonomously with minimal oversight Candidate Profile 5 years’ experience supporting a UHNW Principal, Founder, or equivalent senior figure A clear track record of stability and longevity in previous EA roles Exceptional diary, travel, and multi-time-zone coordination skills High emotional intelligence, sound judgement, and natural gravitas A discreet, polished, and self-directed working style Excellent written and verbal communication skills Flexibility and commitment in line with a senior UHNW support role Package £100-120,000gpa depending on experience 25 days’ holiday bank holidays Discretionary annual bonus Private medical insurance Job ref: SB2238
